No. Several little tykes played Little Ricky. James J. Ganzer played Baby Ricky in the January 19, 1953 episode Lucy Goes to the Hospital; Richard and Ron Simmons played Baby Ricky in the second season Episode #57, No Children Allowed ; twins Joseph and Michael Mayer played him the third through the fifth season. During the shows sixth season (and through all of the Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour shows) a child actor named Keith Thibodeaux (stage name: Richard Keith) played Little Ricky. He was the only Little Ricky who had speaking parts.
