What was Bhoj Wetland Project aimed at?
Ans: The Bhoj Wetland Project was aimed at ecological upgradation and conservation and management of two important water bodies of Bhopal city viz the Upper and the Lower Lake called as Bhoj Wetland. The project included planning and implementation of conservation measures to mitigate the environmental problems faced by the Bhoj Wetland of Bhopal. The project has been successfully completed in the year 2004 with the financial assistance of Japan Bank of International Cooperation, Japan.
