It depends on what kind of software you have. If you dont have any photo editing software go to download.com and get a free one that will BATCH convert (Id go look for you but download.com is blocked at work). After you find one install it and look for the batch convert option. It should let you save all of your files at a smaller compression ratio and it will do it to all of the ones that you want. It cuts out having to do it to each file individually.
