Go to your inbox, click on the message you want to save and click where it says save, hope this helps.

but how do i save if is in the sent messages. i see where it says save in the inbox, but not save in the sent messages. my email is kathyslaw@aol.com please someone anyone!

Open up the message you want to save. At the bottom you’ll see 4 buttons: reply, forward, save, delete. Click on “save” and the message will be moved into that “Saved” folder. Repeat with each message you want to save.

All you have to do is go inside the message and press save.
