Are there refundable or non-refundable fees for the traveler?
Depending on the specific program and voucher there may be a refundable deposit or other associated fees. However, even in these cases the fee can be waived. We take great care to maximize the customer’s experience and minimize the restrictions and fees that is why most of our products have no fees and little restrictions such as No Blackout Dates.
