Ticket won’t scan at event?
Mobile Tickets utilize a small square image for scanning at events. If your ticket won’t scan properly please display the 13 digit back-up number for entry, found on the ticket or the original SMS (text) purchase confirmation. If you have trouble seeing your wireless ticket correctly or it’s not scanning at the event, your ticket features a back-up barcode number that can also be used to gain access to the event. This 13 digit number will be verified for authenticity and if valid you will gain entry to the event.
