A. Show Management must be notified of the Exhibitor’s intent to use of a contractor other than the Official Services Contractor (Freeman). No outside contractor personnel will have access to the Show floor unless Show Management has received the EAC Work Authorization form from the exhibiting company by May 2, 2009. Exhibitors using display houses or service contractors other than the Freeman Companies are required to provide certificates of insurance for non-official contractors for Workers Compensation and Comprehensive Liability in compliance with the laws of Orange County, Florida.
