Are the DPU amounts guaranteed?
• The payment of all DPU amounts are guaranteed once declared on a quarterly basis. • At the time of the IPO, the Sponsor agreed to subordinate its entitlement to dividend distributions in respect of 50% of its Units, and the Trust-Manager agreed to subordinate its management fees should the forecasted DPU not be achieved in any quarter, for a 3-year period from 27 March 2007 to 30 June 2009, which is also termed as the “Subordination Period”.
