What is a Pending Sale?

0

The Order Manager has two sections, one for Pending Sales and the other for Past Sales. A Pending Sale is an order that is in process. This means that an order has come in and you need to follow through the various steps involved in completing the order. Once you have completed all the steps and we have provided payment to you for your tickets, the order will move down to the Past Sales area. If you fail to complete a sale successfully, such as never shipping your tickets, the order will expire and will disappear from the Order Manager altogether. You will not be paid for orders that expire, and if you have Accepted the order your credit card may be billed to pay the difference in cost we incurred to get the customer alternate tickets. Please process your orders in a prompt manner to avoid any problem orders and prevent orders from expiring.

At the end of an auction inwhich there is a winning bidder the auction item is moved to the “Sales pending” page on your “My Page”. When a buyer agrees to buy an item by selecting “Buy It Now” that item is marked “Sales pending” in the classified listings. The item is also moved to the “Sales pending” page on your “My Page”. We do this to make it easier to track items which may have sold but payment hasn’t been received. When you have received payment for an item, mark it sold. The item will move to your sold items page. If the item didn’t sell, click on the “didn’t sell” X. A classified ad is automatically re-listed and runs to its original expiration date. An auction item is moved to the closed auction page where it can be re-listed for a fee.
