How are NSW Vendor Package searches charged?
Each NSW Vendor Package request includes 2 fee components, the Council or Authority fee (for example Sewer Reference Sheet) and a CITEC Confirm search fee (RTC Vendor Search). The CITEC Confirm search fee applies to each item on a NSW Vendor Package order (Where Urgent searches are requested, a seperate fee will be applied to your account once CITEC Confirm has checked with the relevant Council or Authority). Where the LPI Full Title Search option (which includes Title, Plan all Covenants and Restrictions) is selected, a seperate Confirm search fee (NSW LPI Full Title Search) applies to each item in the LPI Full Title Search. Where any item is not imaged, and the result must be manually obtained form the NSW Land Titles Office, a higher fee shall apply for the manual retrieval.
