What is Guest Services?
Guest Services is one of the nicest amenities provided at WDW resorts. Guest Services is staffed with Cast Members who are knowledgeable about the parks, transportation, and events. You can purchase admissions media for the parks, water parks, Pleasure Island, or special events at Guest Services. They should be able to answer your Disney transportation questions. You may also use Guest Services to arrange for dining reservations. Make Guest Services your next stop after check-in. Ask for maps and timetables for all the parks and inquire about special events at your hotel and elsewhere on property. Many Guest Services counters have signs with park and transportation hours and special events notices.
