The Rapid eNewsletter is a consent, permission based only, e-mail marketing tool. After an address list is imported, you are asked a question, “You have # subscribers who have not been sent an opt-in e-mail. “CLICK HERE” to send opt in e-mail to these subscribers.” Click twice, the “CLICK HERE,” (shaded blue) and e-mail will be sent out to your subscribers.
