The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors is a trade organization that was founded in 1911 as the Tampa Real Estate Board. The organization currently acts as the voice of over 6,000 real estate professionals within the Tampa Bay area. GTAR acts in accordance with the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) which establishes the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice for its members. Being a member of both the NAR, FAR and GTAR, you are assured that the person working on your behalf complies with these standards. The standards that protects you, the consumer.
