What time is check-out?
Check out is at 9:30 am from our Retreat. You will receive a full breakfast and your morning medications. Before leaving Villa Milana, you will also be given an education on how to care for yourself and what to expect over the next few days. All of your questions will be answered so that you feel confident and prepared when you go home.
• Checkout is before your class/meeting starts on its last day. Why is checkout before my class/meeting starts? • Like a hotel, we require enough time to prepare the rooms for the next occupant. Our contractors work at the dorms at specific times, if the rooms are not vacated they cannot perform their duties. What if I don’t checkout before my class/meeting starts? • A late checkout fee of $50 will be added to your total room cost. • October 1, 2006 the fee increases to $50. What do I do with my key and Access Card upon checkout? • Your key/card must be returned by 10 a.m. in order to avoid a late checkout fee. • If you received your key from your instructor, return it to them. • If you received your key from the Business Center or were an after-hours arrival, return your key to the Business Center (there is a drop-off box located outside the door) Where do I pick up my key/card? • When you submit your request, we will send you a confirmation on the logistics of where to get your key.
