• Transcripts may be expedited at the expense of the requestor • Please include a valid FedEX account number with the transcript request (written forms only) and follow up the sending of the request with correspondence regarding the pick-up date • FedEX accounts may be created by accessing www.fedex.com if you do not currently have a valid account • In addition to address of the recipient FexEX requires a contact phone number
