Yes, ORF 4.2 and newer versions support both Windows Server 2008 and SBS 2008 with Exchange 2007. However, IIS SMTP-only installations (without Exchange 2007) are not supported neither on Windows Server 2008 nor on SBS 2008. Also, as the ORF Administration Tool requires administrator privileges to run, it must be ran as administrator. The easiest way to archive this is to update the Admin Tool shortcut with setting the “Run as Administrator” checkbox. Without elevation, you may not be able to start/stop the ORF Service from the Admin Tool and also statistics will not be available.
