What is a restocking fee or service fee?
We reserve the right to charge for bad checks, held funds (this does not apply to e-checks), NSF’s, refused orders or charges, restocking of merchandise returned without authorization, cancellation of custom orders or returned to the wrong address. Minimum fee is $35.00 for NSF charges, restocking is $25 per order or 25% of order whichever is greater. Additional fees may vary dependant on situation. Reminder returns are to be sent to: Returns: The Country Goddess, 520 South Illinois, Carbondale, IL 62901–NO CREDITS ON RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NO. (SEE EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY ABOVE). There are no refunds on custom orders. We reserve the right to change the cost of our fees at any time.
