This is a well-known bug of RealProducer which works incorrectly with some MPEG4 video codecs like DivX, etc. We could suggest to uninstall RealProducer and Windows MediaPlayer. Reboot your PC. Then first install Windows MediaPlayer of the latest version available at MS website for your OS. Please choose video codecs update option when you will install WMP. Then reboot your PC and install RealProducer. This actions sequence helps in most cases.
