Unless a serious emergency exists, patients are seen by appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling (360) 892-1635 during office hours.

We will make every effort to schedule your appointments at your convenience. If you are receiving more than one service, they can usually be scheduled one after the other. When you will be receiving services for a period of time, we try to make your appointments at consistent times each week. You may telephone our intake/schedule coordinators for an appointment or you may e-mail at spot@spot-rehab.com.
