Are other neighborhoods getting better lease offers?
Yes! This is happening all over the metroplex. Areas that are well organized have been able to sign leases for $15,000/$16,000 an acre with 25% royalties (net), renewal bonuses and other terms far more favorable than the one being offered to us. Nobody can promise the same result, but our goal is to get the best possible lease for our neighborhood.
