Shoelifts are light, comfortable EVA foam inserts that can be used in any standard footwear. They come in twenty two sizes varying from 0.25″ up to 3″. These measurements indicate how high the lifts are. They attach to the interior sole of your footwear by means of a fuly adhesive lift backing, thereby giving you valuable and secret height. Think of them as high heels on the inside of a shoe. Note that ULTRA 2008 Shoe lifts inserts will NOT compress when in use, OTHER THAN A FITTING COMPRESSION THAT IS OPTIMUM TO EACH INDIVIDUAL WEARER. For each 2 lift, for example, expect to get 1.99-1.9954 (depending on weight) of actual height increase, with similar compression ratios for the other sizes.
