Don GPO members forfeit or assign some of their rights to GPOs when they join?
There are many written agreements that attempt to suggest some rights have been forfeited in the process, but may not be enforceable. No GPO member can waive their supplier’s right to be protected from anti-competitive practices simply because they become members of an organization whose goal is to save them money.
