Per DA directive, effective 1 September 2006, a portion of your BAH will be set aside by BBC to help pay for the utilities (electric & gas) that your family uses. (Water & Sewer are paid by (BBC). A baseline has been established taking into consideration your type of home and the previous 12-month utility usage average of your home. It is in your best interest that you practice energy conservation and use your utilities responsibly. Anything you use over the baseline, you will be required to pay for. Anything under the baseline can be credited back to your account or refunded to you.
