Wallpaper is the background picture on your desktop while a screensaver is a program which rotates pictures, moves objects, or other functions which “save” your screen from images being burnt into it. How do I Install Wallpaper? (Windows Operating Systems Only) 1. Download the wallpaper on this page which you like the most. 2. Unzip the wallpaper. Wallpaper is compressed to reduce bandwidth and preserve disk space. The file will unzip to a .bmp extension. If double clicking on the file you download does nothing, go to www.winzip.com and install WinZip. 3. The path which you should unzip the wallpaper to is c:\windows by default. If you installed Windows to a different directory, choose that instead. 4. Go to My Computer / Control Panel / Display Properties. 5. Choose the “Background” tab (it is selected by default), then click on the “Browse” button. 6. Select the file you unzipped into the c:\windows directory. It has a .BMP extension.
