What is the cancellation or missed appointments policy?
If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments are subject to a $50 fee. I prefer cancellations by phone to email. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions. Dr. Bode will take responsibility to follow-up on any client who has missed a scheduled appointment. All attempts to reschedule will be documented in the client’s treatment record.
