An Alpha group is a small group of freshmen students led by an upperclassman through the Beginnings (first-year experience) course. You will have numerous opportunities to meet your group during Orientation before classes begin. Your assigned Alpha group will be given to you at Orientation Check-In beginning Friday, September 4 on East Campus.
