All variance requests are reviewed and acted upon by the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA), unless otherwise prohibited by a development agreement. This is a five member board of citizens appointed by the Northville Township Board of Trustees for fixed terms. The ZBA has the discretionary authority to allow variances if certain conditions are met.
