What is Campus Cash?
Campus Cash allows for quick, easy and secure payment at many retail locations on campus using your Campus ID. There is no minimum or maximum deposit and account balances carry over from semester to semester and year to year. Simply swipe your card and go! Campus Cash is currently accepted at: • U-Lanes Bowling Center in the SAC • A-Wall Indoor Rock Climbing Wall • Laundry rooms in the Towers • Campus ID Office • Kelly Shorts Stadium • Rose Arena • C3 & C3 Express • The Market • Java City • DUFC • Quiznos • Freshens • Residential Restaurants and more! Deposits can be made on the web, using an AMC (Account Management Center) station in the Towers Lobby or by visiting the Campus ID Office. • Campus Cash is a taxable debit account • Campus Cash is used for books, toiletries, parking, gifts and food through a variety of businesses listed below. Campus Cash is the easiest way to make purchases at UB because it’s accepted by the best places on campus and many businesses off campus, too. Purchases made with Campus Cash are taxable. You can even use Campus Cash to buy Dining Dollars – and using Dining Dollars will save you money on your meal purchases because you don’t have to pay tax. There’s only one way to spend your Campus Cash – by using your official University ID, the UB Card. Campus Cash is separate from the Dining Dollars portion of your meal plan. The amount you spend is deducted from your balance and your remaining balance is displayed at the register after your purchase, so you always know how much Campus Cash you have left. It’s easy. It’s convenient. And there’s no credit card risk!
