How is routine maintenance handled?
• Tenants contact our office for routine maintenance. Our first step is to troubleshoot to ensure that a problem really exists, and assuming one does we then do a workorder for an appropriate maintenance vendor. Over the years we have developed great working relationships with vendors to provide just about any service that your home could need. Once the work is complete then the invoice is approved by the Senior Property Manager and paid from your account. You receive a copy of the invoice with your next month’s statement.
