• Pre-conference Institutes (optional, at an additional fee) are scheduled on Wednesday, October 7, 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., and on Thursday, October 8, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., and 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. • The General Conference officially begins on Thursday, October 8, 4:30 p.m. with the Exhibit Hall Grand Opening Reception followed by the Opening Plenary session, and continues on Friday and Saturday, October 9 and 10, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. • First Time Attendee Orientation is on Thursday, October 8, at 3:30-4:30 pm. • Grand Opening Reception is on Thursday, October 8, 4:30-5:30 p.m. • Lunch on Friday, 12:30 p.m.; Networking on Friday afternoon, 5:30 p.m.
