How long does dispatch and delivery take?
Items are generally sent within 48 hours of payment being received. Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post or TNT delivery times apply. The majority of our items are sent from Melbourne. Please see the below shipping times for all Australian states. Please note: this should be used as a guide only.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after receiving payment. This means that if you are paying online via credit card your order will be dispatched by close of business the next Business day. If you are paying by another method, we will dispatch your order as soon as payment is confirmed by the payment method provider (eg. PayPal) Once your item is dispatched, delivery time is dependant on where your order is being delivered and the carrier use to transport your order. Most of our orders are sent via Australia Post, Australian Air Express or Star Track (depending on order weight and your location).
