Why do I lose a fight to a mobster who has a smaller mob with fewer weapons, armor and cars sometimes?
The number of mobsters you have and the equipment you give them only give you better chances of winning a fight. There is still a randomness to fighting and sometimes you will lose even though you have a bigger, better mob. Also the “Attack” and “Defense” statistics that your boss have play a role in deciding which mob wins.
