Do you need a wholesale license to sell?
If you intend to buy wholesale a company will not sell to you unless you have a sellers permit obtained from the State Board of Equalization in your state. Once you have received your permit you can sell retail and will be required to add your state’s sales tax to each and every sale. You will then have to pay the state quarterly the amount you collected.
