If you are a registered user, and for whatever reason, you do not receive an e-mail with a registration code within a reasonable amount of time (24 hours for credit card payments or two weeks for other payments), please send an e-mail to register@privacyeraser.com. Once we receive the request, we’ll try to re-send your code as soon as possible! (Please include your OrderID and as much order information as possible, as it will be easier to locate your order in the database.
