How fast do orders ship?
Shipping speeds vary by product and are listed near the “buy” button on the product page. Most products ship in 5 business days (even Large Volume Orders!) RUSH service is available for $30 for the first product and $5 per additional product. Large Volume Orders of identical products are charged $30 flat. RUSH service ships your order within 2 business days. Noon Los Angeles time is the cutoff time for order processing every business day. Orders placed between noon on a Friday noon the next Monday by RUSH order will ship Wednesday (often Tuesday); non-RUSH orders ship the following Monday. In the unlikely event that EtchStar ships your RUSH order later than 2 business days, we will refund the RUSH fee but cannot accept returns on custom products.
