What is Sprint Nextels Upgrade Policy?
You have up to 30 days after initial purchase to decide if you like your new phone without incurring any upgrade restriction. After the 30 day grace period, you won’t be eligible to receive any savings on upgrading your phone until you’ve have had it for 13 consecutive months. This means any upgrade attempt before the 13th month will probably cost you at least $200.00+ depending on the phone of choice. 13 months earns you $75.00 off your next phone w/ 2yr commitment. 22 months will earn you $150.00 + any additional rebates and promotions off of your next phone w/ 2yr commitment.
