Would UK Nanny be required to pay tax if working in the USA for 3 months?

I would think you will have to pay your tax in the UK if you are only away three months. You would have to register with your tax office to get a Tax Return in the following April. UK tax year goes from 6th April to 5th April. You would have to have a foreign page with Tax Return, and enter your foreign earnings on there. If any tax was deducted in the States, you would get credit for it, against any liability here. I don’t know what your tax situation would be in the States. If any tax deducted there, no refund can be made for that here.
