What is a Clemson Visitor userid ?
The Visitor userid is used to participate in a Blackboard course or a MyCLE workgroup. It is not intended to be a full-service Clemson userid. It is normally issued to people who do not have a regular Clemson computer userid. However, instructors may wish to place themselves in their course to see it as the student sees it. They can create their Visitor userid and place themselves in their own course on an unofficial basis. (See “Access”) An instructor or a workgroup chair/proxy can request a Visitor userid for themselves or others by using the “Visitor Userid Request” form on the Portal Admin tab in MyCLE/Blackboard.
