Currently the city of Pittsburgh has no smoking restrictions; however, individual businesses may have enacted their own no-smoking policies. The Pennsylvania Senate has approved a statewide smoking ban to affect many public places; bars, taverns and some casinos are exempted. This ban will go into effect 90 days after the governor signs the bill. Check back for updates.
