The price we quote is the price you pay. However, if you ask to make changes during the design or construction phase of the process, the price can go either up or down. In our proposal there are some allowances. One is an allowance for excavation time because that is the biggest unknown in the construction process. Also, extra cost can arise if rock or other unknown underground conditions occur during excavation. However, you have the option to approve the cost prior to continuing the excavation of the pool.
