What is a MOBIVOX iNum?
iNum from MOBIVOX is a personal, Global Telephone Number for receiving inbound calls from any MOBIVOX country. Callers must first dial a Local or National MOBIVOX Access number followed by # and your MOBIVOX iNum. Your MOBIVOX iNum is like your personal “800” number – calls to your iNum are like “collect calls” or “reverse charge” calls. It is a great way for distant family, friends and colleagues who do not need to be MOBIVOX members to stay in touch with you. Your iNum has a country code of +883 — the “country code” for planet earth! 883 numbers will provide interoperability between VoIP Service Providers. This means that users of MOBIVOX, Skype, Google Talk, Gizmo etc. can call each other using 883 numbers instead of VoIP usernames (eg: Skype user names). See list of VoIP providers supporting 883.
