Why is my IOL User ID and password different than the one I use for the Alverno network, Educator or the DDP?
Unfortunately due to current limitations, we have not been able to set-up the same User ID and passwords for each of these separate pieces of software. In the future, we will look at different methods of integration that will provide a reliable single sign-on environment. If you want, you can set your password in IOL to match your network password. For security purposes, IOL’s password format is the most stringent. Thank you for your patience.
