Wind zone II parishes can have homes set up that are built to withstand 100 mph winds. Wind zone III parishes can have homes set up that are built to withstand 110 mph winds. Wind zone II homes can be set up in Zone I parishes, where Wind Zone III Homes can be set up in Wind Zone II parishes.
