What are the earliest and latest times for collecting my boarding pass?
Please collect your boarding pass from 3 hours up to 60 minutes prior to departure. If you do not pick up your boarding pass at least 60 minutes prior to departure, you may be off-loaded from the flight. Please save yourself unnecessary hassle by collecting your boarding pass on time. Due to enhanced security screening, SMS checked-in passengers travelling to North America and from India or New Zealand are required to pick their boarding passes at least 60 minutes prior to departure. Due to airport reasons, SMS checked-in passengers travelling from Bangladesh are required to pick their boarding passes at least 75 minutes prior to departure.

If you do not collect your boarding pass by the minimum time stipulated, you may have your check-in cancelled and your seat re-assigned. You can collect your boarding pass at the Hong Kong International Airport from 1 day up to 45 minutes before departure. For Hong Kong In-Town Check-In facilities (either at Kowloon or Hong Kong Station), you need to arrive at the counter not less than 90 minutes prior to departure. Collect your boarding pass at least 50 minutes before departure if you choose to print your boarding pass with our Self Check-In kiosks located at various locations. Note: • If you are departing from North America, London, Beijing, or Johannesburg, you need to collect your boarding pass at least 60 minutes prior to departure. • If you are departing from Dubai, you need to collect your boarding pass at least 75 minutes prior to flight departure.
