(Back to top) No, you are not automatically covered by MSP; eligible students must apply for it by mailing or faxing an MSP application form to the BC Ministry of Health Services. Application forms are available at International House and at the MSP website. (Note: One-term exchange students are not eligible for MSP and do not need to apply for it.
