Who is allowed in the hearing room?
In the hearing room with you will be: • the Immigration Judge or Judges • non legal members of the Tribunal (if any) • the Court Clerk • your representative (if you have one) • the UK Border Agency presenting officer (also known as the respondent) • an interpreter (if you have asked for one) • witnesses (when they are called, if any) • any agreed observers • members of the public (if any, unless they have been excluded)
