Reports are not required for payments received from a labor organization that is affiliated with the official’s labor organization, such as a local, intermediate, or national or international or other parent body. For example, an officer of XYZ Local 1 would not report a payment received from either an XYZ regional council, another XYZ local, or the XYZ international, even if all of these entities were employers.
