You sure can, you do not need to sign up and pay for Jott, Jott Pro or Paygo to use Jott Voicemail. If you are not currently a Jott account holder, you can sign up for a Voicemail account here. If you already have a Jott account you can add a Jott Voicemail plan by going to the Billing section of the My Account page and adding a Jott Voicemail plan.
