Who can register to vote in Virginia?
If you are a U.S. citizen, your home is in Virginia and you are age 18 and older, you can register to vote in Virginia. If you will be 18 by the next general election, you can register when you are 17. If you have been convicted of a felony or if you have been declared mentally incompetent by a circuit court, you must have your voting rights restored.
