How does the Virtual Trunk Show work?
A. This special feature allows our customers to preview new shoe styles before they’re even made. The Virtual Trunk Show is available to our preferred customers. Become a preferred customer, join our email list! Our Trunk Show department (under the “SHOP” tab) has the shoes that we are offering to have made to your order. You have a risk-free chance to reserve designer fashion styles in advance in your size and favorite color. It is possible that the shoe designer may exercise the artist prerogative to change his/her mind about making the shoe even after we order them. The shoe fashion industry can be fickle that way. If that happens and the style is cancelled, we inform our customers as soon as possible. We do not charge for these shoes until we actually have them in hand and ship them to you.
